The Administration and General Office is on the second floor of the Amy’s Group Head Office Building. The first and fourth floors host fully equipped staff education and training facilities for Bar, Wine, and Restaurant service staff, as well as a studio for aerobic and yoga classes to meet the leisure needs of AMY'S employees. English and Japanese classes are also provided in classroom areas. All these can be leased for the needs of enterprises and groups. Venues and lease costs are as follows:

(2) Each venue use calculated by hour, with less than three hours assessed/billed/ at a minimum three hours. All activities over this time, charged hour by hour; time can be proposed.
(3) All financial calculations are in New Taiwan Dollars (NT dollars).
