 Smokey Joe’s creative food was originally based on Amy’s husband who came from America in the Deep South, and cooked plain wholesome southern style food at home. Homesickness for this kind of food has been transformed into the signature dish “smoked pork rib rack”, and with the welcoming Mexican corn-based platter, Taiwan’s traveling foreign friends know they have a place; a simple dinner place, where dishes large and small, bottomless large cups of coffee and relaxed dress code, has created a new dining style.
