 How can I become an AMY' S “VIP member”? |

At any AMY'S restaurant, when spending at least $1,000NTD every time, you will receive a valued customer points card that can be stamped for points each visit. |

After collecting 20 points, the stamped card can be exchanged for an “AMY's VIP membership card”. |
|
| 3. |
This customer points card does not have any deadline although the number of cards is limited; if lost, the card cannot be reissued. |

| What advantages does AMY’s VIP membership have? |
|
| 1. |
VIP members may enjoy a preferential 10% discount at any AMY’s restaurant for food and drinks, as well as other occasional preferential benefit activities. (This card cannot be used with other discount offers). |

| 2. |
VIP members can enjoy a one-time 30% discount during their birthday month on their second visit (this cannot be transferred) at any AMY’s restaurant. |
|
| 3. |
Any VIP member joining our network membership will receive an EMAIL on their birthday, notifying them of a network birthday coupon, which can be exchanged for a small gift (can be redeemed anytime). |

| 4. |
VIP members are permanent members, and do not need to pay a yearly fee. |

| 5. |
VIP members may check with any AMY' S restaurant as to what different gifts are available each month, as the gifts change each month. Please check our web site, network information or news board at each restaurant. |

VIP members taking up network membership can download different E-COUPONS each month. |
|
| 7. |
VIP members signing up as network members can receive preferential occasional news announcements from AMY'S restaurant chain. |

| 8. |
VIP member who become network members can have full access to their personal information to revise their individual data.

| As an AMY' S “VIP member”, if I omit to take my card to any AMY’s restaurant when requesting service or I lose my card, what options are available? |

| 1. |
If you cannot present your card, please show some other ID to verify your membership. Only the original member can get the discount (your card cannot be used by another person). |
|
| 2. |
Please safeguard your membership card well; if it is lost, then the reissue of a new card will cost you $200NTD. |
